A very simple way to understand Feng Shui is to think of it as our intuitive response to a space.

Keep the corner sweet and soft. bring nature into the environment with flowers, plants and water,but avoid harsh symbols, replace images of solitary figures with pictures of couple having fun or even pairs of swans or flowers-images of partnership one unity.

3Thunder-(Elders) associated with the family, our elders it represents our entire past. it is ideal place to express gratitude to our family for no words need to be spoken. the direction east, the season is spring and the time of day is sunrise. If the area is missing. put a mirror on an interior wall introduce some green. displays of happy family photographs of your parents and grand parents will be ideal here, along side treasured mementos.

4Wind-(fortunate blessings) corresponds with good fortune the energy for this does manifest the world as money, and wealth. the direction here is north-west, season late spring. small crystal or cut-glass hung in a window will boost the energy. fans and moving sculptures stimulate the chi, Put thing with woods, plants, green colours and some blue. a indoor fountain is great here.

5Health-(tai chi) is unifying of forces this area connects all forces of the Bagua the direction, of tai chi is strongly associated with the earth energy, 2earth 8 mountain.
vitality and well being can be achieved when everything in balance, by this area been balanced your health would also be in balance too. Harmonized the area with ceramics and soft things and receptive and empty containers.

7Lake-(creativity) represents your senses,an appreciation for art, creativity of your imagination and ability to create in any area. late-afternoon sunset west,season autumn colours golden glows in sky, romance, and harvest time associated with metal, stimulated with white-gold symbols of what we want to create, objects metal images of lakes.

8Mountain-(wisdom) contemplation and knowledge, like the cave within a mountain. you need to be empty to get the wisdom you need . 9 Fire-(illumination) is clarity of mind, vision, visibility understanding and enlightenment, and relates to you. expressed in light, candles will give you inspiration of creativity, sculpture, poetry, ceremonies, art music and rituals. direction south, shapes are flame-like and triangular, the colour is red, the midday of summer radiates in all direction these are colours you could apply to stimulate it. so red thing will be great for here.
